Professor Donmez interview was featured on October issue of Toyota Club Magazine. Article higlhights the importance of research initiative by Toyota Collaborative Safety research Center (CSRC) and HFASt to investigate safety system feedback.
HFASt at Distracted Driving Awareness Event
On June 22nd, the Human Factors and Applied Statistics Lab participated in a distracted driving awareness event hosted by Young Drivers driving school. HFASt showcased it’s research on distracted driving, provided demonstrations of eye tracking and other driver measurement methods in an instrumented car, and showed how new sources of distraction such as wearables might influence driver behaviour. The event was attended by Global News and other media.
